I can’t remember the last time I finished a book within the first few hours of getting it.. I couldn’t stop reading and stayed up till it was finished. The author is an alchemist turning pain into power. What a beautiful and authentic story. It was so raw and well written that I felt like I was in her house with her, going through all of these things that she went through and when she made out out a winner I felt the wins as my own too. I was so energized, inspired, invigorated and renewed by seeing how this author turned hardships into prosperity, pain into empowerment, meanness from others into strength and courage that carried her beyond what anyone could expect. I have bought 10 copies to give them to all the women and girls I love to inspire them to turn every painful moment into an opportunity for healing, evolution, and growth.

This book is amazing I love how transparent you are with your life in order for someone else to be healed. I pray that whoever reads it finds hope for their love ones, Especially the ones that are going through the same struggles. God truly answers prayer!!! I just received my book today. I waited with anticipation since I was able to take a sneak peek inside during my purchase. The poems - Action and Guilty are very moving! The Preface, Introduction and my sneak peek into Part I quickly caught my attention and focus. Now that I have the book in hand, I was immediately drawn to the beautiful cover and although I had a sneak peek already, of course, I needed to start reading again from the very beginning (page i). Now, I had to stop myself from continued engagement since I agreed to read along with some friends and we have not scheduled out our reading plans. Well, I will let them know I have read up to Part II. I look forward to our discussions. So far, excellent reading! and I am not a bookworm, so I am impressed.

This book is a must read. Originally, I decided to take my time to relax and read it over the course of a week. Any who, I end up reading it in one day. I couldn’t stop reading it. It was literally that good.The book is very unique as to how the author takes on her life’s journey. I must say the book took me on an emotional roller coaster, but it was truly worth it. The book is very inspirational in regards to individuals who have family members and/or friends struggling with addictions. I think this is a great read for anyone even if you don’t have a family member or friend struggling with substance abuse. Every reader can gain insight on how to overcome life’s obstacles by using information in the professional discovery which is at the end of each chapter. Without a doubt, I would recommend this book to others. Can’t wait to read more work from this author.
